By downloading or using the Sticker Manager mobile applications or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Sticker Manager helps you track sticker album progress, manage duplicates, filter owned and needed stickers, scan QR codes to trade with friends in person, and share lists — primarily offline on your device. Features may change as the product evolves.
Personal collection use
Sticker Manager is a personal collection tracker for sticker album hobbyists. It is not gambling, betting, or wagering.
The app does not facilitate buying or selling stickers for money, auction services, or official licensed distribution.
You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding sticker collecting and any in-person trades you arrange with others.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the service. You may not use the service where it is prohibited by applicable law.
No user accounts
- Sticker Manager does not require sign-in, email registration, or a cloud account to use core features.
- Your album data is stored locally on your device in SQLite unless you choose to share lists or QR payloads with others.
- You are responsible for backing up or preserving your device data if you replace your phone or uninstall the app.
Your content
Album names, sticker notes, and other information you enter in the app remain yours. Because data stays on your device, you control what you share through QR codes, exports, or your device's share sheet.
When you share lists or scan QR codes with friends, you are responsible for the information you choose to disclose in person or through third-party apps.
Our intellectual property
The Sticker Manager name, logo, app design, and original content are owned by Gustavo Paixao or its licensors.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the app and website in accordance with these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute our intellectual property except as permitted by law.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service in violation of applicable law.
- Misrepresent affiliation with Sticker Manager or its operator.
- Use the app to harass others or distribute unlawful content through shared lists or QR payloads.
- Attempt to interfere with app integrity, inject malicious QR data, or overload our website.
- Use automated means to scrape or abuse this marketing website.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or networks related to the service.
We may restrict access to the website or pursue remedies for violations of this section where applicable.
Advertising
The mobile app may display advertisements through Google AdMob. Ads may use device advertising identifiers as described in our Privacy Policy and subject to your consent and device settings.
We do not use your album names, sticker lists, or collection content to target ads. Third-party ad content is subject to the advertiser's and Google's applicable policies and is not endorsed by us.
Device permissions
The app may request camera access to scan QR codes for in-person sticker swaps. You may decline camera permission; QR scanning will not be available without it.
Advertising and consent prompts may appear according to your platform and region, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app or ceasing to visit this website.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website if you violate these terms or misuse the service.
Uninstalling the app removes local collection data from your device as described in our Privacy Policy.
Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gustavo Paixao from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, content you share, or your violation of these Terms.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gustavo Paixao's liability is limited to 50 CAD for claims arising from use of Sticker Manager.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction's law.
Dispute resolution
Before starting formal proceedings, contact us using the details below to try to resolve the dispute informally.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Quebec, Canada.
Where permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of a class or representative action.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived in your jurisdiction.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gustavo Paixao regarding the service and supersede prior understandings on the same subject.
