Information we collect
Album and sticker data (on your device)
- Album names, sticker ownership, duplicates, progress, and related collection data you enter in the app.
- This information is stored locally in SQLite on your device. We do not operate user accounts and do not sync this collection data to our servers.
Camera for QR swap
When you use QR code scanning to match sticker trades with a friend, the app uses your device camera to read QR codes in person. Images from the camera are processed on device for scanning; we do not receive or store camera footage on our servers.
On-device preferences
Language, appearance (light/dark/system), and similar app settings are stored locally on your device and are not synced to our servers.
Advertising and device identifiers
- When you use the mobile app, Google AdMob and related SDKs may process device advertising identifiers (for example IDFA on iOS or GAID on Android) and similar device or app signals for ad delivery and measurement, subject to your consent and device settings.
- On iOS we request App Tracking Transparency permission where required. On supported platforms we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) for consent where applicable.
- We do not use your album names, sticker lists, or collection content for ad targeting.
- Ad activity is handled by Google and subject to Google's policies; we do not sell your collection data to third parties.
Marketing website
This marketing website does not require sign-in. We may process minimal technical data (such as IP address in standard server logs) when you visit pages. See our Cookie Policy for language and theme preferences stored in your browser.
How we use information
- Provide album tracking, progress views, filters, QR swap, and sharing features entirely on your device.
- Show advertising in the mobile app through Google AdMob as described in the Advertising section.

Legitimate interests
We process limited website technical data for security, reliability, and basic operation of this marketing site.
Consent

We may process or retain information when required to comply with applicable law or valid legal requests.
Data retention
Collection data in the mobile app remains on your device until you delete it within the app, uninstall the app, or erase app data through your device settings.
We do not retain copies of your album or sticker data on our servers because the app does not upload that content.
Website server logs, if any, are kept for a limited period for security and diagnostics, typically up to 90 days on a rolling basis unless a longer period is required to investigate a security incident.
Advertising
The mobile app may show advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may show first-party and third-party advertisements.
We do not use your album names, sticker lists, or collection content to target ads. Non-personalized ads may be shown when you decline tracking or when consent limits personalization.

Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal data. Because collection data stays on your device, we do not share your sticker album content with service providers. We share information only as needed to operate the app and this website:
- Google (AdMob) for advertising in the mobile app.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers for this marketing website, limited to technical delivery data.
When you scan a friend's QR code or share sticker lists, you choose what to exchange in person or through your device's share sheet. That exchange does not pass through our servers.
Local data and privacy
Sticker Manager is designed for offline, private collection tracking. Your album progress, duplicates, and sticker status remain on your device unless you explicitly share lists or QR payloads with someone else.
We do not require an account, email address, or cloud backup to use the core app features.
Managing your data
Because Sticker Manager does not use user accounts, there is no cloud profile to delete. You can manage your data as follows:
- Edit or remove albums and sticker entries within the app settings and album screens.
- Uninstall the app or clear app storage on your device to remove local SQLite data.
- Manage advertising identifiers through your device operating system settings and in-app consent prompts where available.
Uninstalling the app permanently removes local collection data from your device unless you have made a separate backup outside the app.
Logs and diagnostics
The mobile app is designed to operate without sending your collection content to our servers. This marketing website may keep minimal server logs that do not intentionally include album or sticker data.
We do not intentionally log:
- Album names, sticker numbers, or duplicate counts from the mobile app.
- QR swap payloads or shared list contents.
Website logs may include IP address, requested URL, timestamp, and browser user agent for security and reliability.

We are based in Canada. Your collection data stays on your device. Information related to advertising or website hosting may be processed in Canada and in other countries where our service providers operate, including the United States (for example Google AdMob). We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
